Christian Aid Week 2021
The local Crewe Christian Aid Committee have decided that won’t be a door-to-door (or envelope drop-off) once again this year due to the ongoing Covid situation. We have a JustGiving Page set up here bit.ly/caweek21 or there will be as plate in our churches this Sunday.
Christian Aid Online Service at 4pm on Sunday 9 May
On St Andrew’s Crewe Facebook Page (facebook.com/CreweStAndrews)
Come and join Christians from around the local area, including members of our own congregation, as we celebrate Christian Aid Week this year. You can donate this year on our JustGiving page bit.ly/caweek21
Sponsored Swim Cancelled, however…
Due to the pandemic, we were not able to do the annual CA sponsored swim, but this year our young people (and some older) are doing a sponsored walk and plan to walk 20,000 steps (10 miles) from 10th to 16th May (CA Week). If you would like to sponsor them as a group, or if you would like to take part, give Sarah Turnbull a call (01270 665742) for more details. Through this we will raise money to support people in places like Kenya who are suffering from the impact of climate change.
A Drive Through Coffee & Cake Morning at St Peter’s Minshull Vernon this Monday 10 May 10:30am to 12 noon
